The Story Behind Calibrate
At our previous company, we identified multiple AI solutions that could have fundamentally transformed how we operated. These weren't theoretical concepts—they were practical tools designed to eliminate bottlenecks, automate grunt work, and free up our best people to focus on what they actually do best. The initial reactions from stakeholders were enthusiastic. Everyone saw the potential.
But enthusiasm didn't translate to action. After weeks of follow-up meetings with executives and C-suite leadership, the interest remained high while implementation stalled. Nothing changed. Nothing was deployed. We watched operational inefficiencies persist and talented people continue grinding through work that machines could handle.
That frustration became the catalyst for Calibrate.
